Coaching For Liberation (1:1 for individuals)
For individuals navigating their personal or professional journey
In 1:1 coaching, we slow down to reflect and unlearn, then connect what you’re experiencing to the power dynamics that shaped what you learned to believe. We name how systems like patriarchy, capitalism, and white supremacy influence the “default settings” in your life and work- often without you realizing it. Together, we build a grounded way to live and lead with integrity, humility, and care, while confronting what you’ve been trained to tolerate.
We explore:
unlearning limiting beliefs about leadership, success, worth, and “professionalism”
noticing how learned patterns affect self-protection, self-editing, and career decisions
building practices of rest, reflection, and boundary-setting
strengthening presence, relational awareness, and accountable truth-telling
Outcome: A more grounded, liberated approach to leadership—where insight becomes discernment, and discernment becomes accountable action that supports collective well-being.
Learning Circles and Workshops (for teams, networks, and communities)
Interactive sessions for groups exploring decolonization, anti-oppression, and healing-centered practice.
These spaces are for people who want more than concepts. We build shared language for understanding power and systems—then we practice grounded dialogue that leads to concrete next steps toward collective change.
Each session includes:
foundational frameworks and shared vocabulary
guided reflection and accountable dialogue
practical tools for bringing learning into daily work
unlearning harmful patterns and replacing them with aligned practice
Outcome: Shared understanding, deeper connection, and actionable steps toward systemic change—rooted in values, not performance.
Strategy and Support (for organizations)
We help organizations design strategies and gatherings that reflect your values and center the voices of those most impacted.
We encourage participation and shared leadership, integrate reflection and embodied learning, and connect personal and organizational patterns to the larger systems shaping outcomes.
Outcome: events and strategies that feel inclusive, grounded, and built with truth-telling, respect, and accountability—never hierarchy.
Organizational Reflection and Alignment (for teams)
A facilitated process for teams realigning internal culture, values, and practices with equity and justice commitments.
Outcome: clarity about where you are, what you value, and how you want to move forward—rooted in authenticity, relational integrity, and sustained change.
