FAQS about our circles!
What exactly are the circles??
We are shaped by systems that organize power, labor, gender, race, and belonging. Most of us have spent our lives being bombarded with programming—seen and unseen. This series offers a different kind of container: one where we can slow down, look closely at structural patterns, and notice the roles and practices we’ve absorbed along the way.
Together, we unlearn harmful programming and replace them with beliefs that are deeply aligned with our own values. Together, we build collective power rooted in analysis and most importantly, real change.
What we explore together
This conversation series looks at how capitalism, patriarchy, and white supremacy operate structurally, not only interpersonally, and how those systems shape institutions, culture, and our internal narratives.
We’ll do it by building shared language, reflecting honestly on what’s been internalized, and practicing dialogue that is accountable and grounded.
What we’ll do in the series
develop shared language for understanding power and systems
examine how historical policies shape present conditions
reflect on internalized beliefs and social conditioning
practice grounded, accountable dialogue
identify concrete steps toward collective action
What this space is (and isn’t)
This is not a debate space. It’s not a call-out space. It’s a structured, facilitated environment for collective learning and movement-building—brave enough for discomfort, supported enough for growth.
How facilitation works
Each session is led by facilitators who bring depth of lived experience, organizing practice, training, academic study, and community leadership. You’ll meet multiple perspectives over time, grounded in rigorous analysis and real-world experience, so the goal isn’t one authoritative voice, but a layered, collective way of learning about power.
Cost
This series is free. You’ll be invited to tip facilitators for their labor and knowledge-sharing.
